DFY Services Addendum

1. Scope of This Addendum

This addendum governs all Done-For-You ("DFY") services provided by Levqor Ltd. It supplements the Terms of Service.

By purchasing DFY services, you agree to this addendum in addition to our standard Terms.

2. DFY Service Tiers

DFY Lite (Assisted Services)

Light Assist£149

1-hour consultation, basic workflow setup, 2 weeks email support.

Assisted Build£299

2-hour consultation, custom workflow design, documentation, 1 month priority support.

Advanced Assist£499

4-hour consultation, complex systems, full documentation + training, 3 months premium support.

DFY Lite is scoped assistance only. Not full system builds.

DFY Sprint (Enterprise Services)

Standard Sprint£2,500

Single workflow or system. 72-hour delivery. Enterprise delivery pack (9 documents). 30-day post-delivery support.

Complex Sprint£5,000

Multi-system integrations. Complex workflow orchestration. Extended SLA. 60-day post-delivery support.

All prices are in GBP.

3. Approval and Payment Process

All DFY services follow this process:

  1. You submit a request via the DFY scope form.
  2. We review your request within 24 hours.
  3. We confirm scope and price (DFY Lite or DFY Sprint).
  4. You receive a secure payment link if approved.
  5. Payment in full before work begins.

No Direct Checkout: All DFY services require manual approval. No payment is taken until scope is confirmed and you approve.

4. Scope of Work

For DFY Sprint, a detailed Scope of Work document is provided before payment. This document specifies:

  • Deliverables to be built
  • Integrations included
  • Acceptance criteria
  • Timeline
  • Exclusions

Work begins only after you approve the Scope of Work and complete payment.

5. Delivery and Acceptance

5.1 Delivery

  • DFY Sprint is delivered within 72 hours of payment.
  • You receive the enterprise delivery pack (9 documents) including architecture overview, SOP runbook, and verification checklist.

5.2 Acceptance

  • You have 7 days to review deliverables and request corrections.
  • Corrections are limited to items within the agreed Scope of Work.
  • If deliverables match the Scope of Work, the project is marked complete.

5.3 Scope Changes

Any changes outside the original Scope of Work require a separate engagement and additional payment.

6. What We Guarantee

We guarantee:

  • Delivery of the agreed Scope of Work.
  • If we do not deliver what is in the Scope of Work, we fix it or refund.
  • Post-delivery support as specified in your tier (30 or 60 days).

7. What We Do NOT Guarantee

Explicit Exclusions:

  • Revenue, growth, or sales increases
  • Time savings or efficiency improvements
  • Return on investment (ROI)
  • Business outcomes of any kind
  • Third-party system uptime or behaviour
  • Results dependent on your execution or market conditions

We deliver infrastructure. Outcomes depend on you.

8. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate requirements and timely feedback.
  • Granting access to necessary systems and accounts.
  • Responding to queries within 48 hours.
  • Testing deliverables within the 7-day review window.

Delays caused by lack of client response may extend timelines without penalty to Levqor.

9. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business data, processes, or deliverables to third parties except as required to provide the service or as required by law.

10. Ownership

Upon full payment, all work product delivered under DFY Sprint becomes your property. You receive full ownership of:

  • Custom workflows built for you
  • Documentation and runbooks
  • Architecture designs specific to your project

Levqor retains ownership of our platform, pre-existing templates, and reusable components.

11. After DFY Delivery

You have two options after DFY delivery:

Option A: Take it and leave

The delivered system is yours. Full ownership. No ongoing commitment.

Option B: Move to SaaS

Optionally subscribe to SaaS (£9-£149/mo) for ongoing monitoring or expansion. No automatic upsell.

Summary:

  • DFY Lite: Full refund if work has not started.
  • DFY Sprint: No refunds once work begins. If we fail to deliver the agreed scope, we fix it or refund.

13. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for DFY services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific engagement. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
