DFY Services Addendum

1. Scope of This Addendum

This addendum governs all Done-For-You ("DFY") services provided by Levqor Ltd. It supplements the Terms of Service.

By purchasing or accepting a DFY engagement, you agree to this addendum in addition to our standard terms.

2. DFY Service Structure

Fixed-Scope Delivery

Premium Delivery

All prices are in GBP.

3. Approval and Payment

All DFY services follow a controlled sequence:

1. You submit your request and relevant context.
2. Levqor validates fit, scope boundary, and package direction.
3. If accepted, the engagement is approved for payment.
4. Payment is required before delivery work begins.

4. Scope Boundary

Every DFY engagement is bounded. What is included, excluded, and required from the customer must be documented before delivery proceeds.

• Deliverables to be produced
• Systems or integrations included
• Acceptance boundary
• Excluded items and non-goals

Work outside the accepted boundary is out of scope and may require re-scoping, re-pricing, or a separate engagement.

5. Delivery and Acceptance

5.1 Delivery

• Levqor delivers against the agreed scope boundary.
• Delivery may include proof-backed handoff materials, runbooks, or supporting documentation where applicable.
• Timing depends on the accepted engagement type and delivery complexity.

5.2 Acceptance

• You must review the delivered work within the stated review window.
• You may raise bounded correction requests where the delivered work does not match the agreed scope.
• If the delivered work matches the agreed scope, the engagement may be marked complete.

5.3 Scope Changes

Any request that materially changes the accepted delivery boundary is treated as new work and may require re-scoping or additional payment.

6. What Levqor Guarantees

• Delivery against the agreed scope boundary
• Correction or refund handling where delivered work fails to match the agreed scope, subject to the governing policies
• Clear ownership and responsibility boundaries during the DFY engagement

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate requirements and relevant context
• Provide required access, materials, or approvals in a timely manner
• Respond to bounded clarification requests
• Review the delivered work within the stated review window

Delays caused by missing customer access, missing approvals, or missing responses may delay delivery without liability to Levqor.

9. Confidentiality

Levqor treats customer information shared for DFY delivery as confidential and will not disclose it except as required to provide the service or as required by law.

10. Ownership

Upon full payment, the delivered work product specific to the accepted DFY engagement becomes the customer's property, subject to any stated exclusions.

• Customer-specific workflow or implementation outputs
• Customer-facing documentation and handoff materials provided for that engagement
• Customer-specific architecture or operating notes produced for that engagement

Levqor retains ownership of its own platform, methods, reusable internal components, and pre-existing materials unless expressly transferred in writing.

11. After DFY Delivery

DFY delivery does not create an automatic ongoing subscription obligation.

Refund handling depends on engagement state, whether work has started, and whether delivered work matches the agreed scope boundary.

13. Limitation of Liability

Levqor's liability for DFY services is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Levqor is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or outcome-based loss.
