The DFY Lifecycle (5 Steps)
Submit Request
Describe your problem in 1-2 sentences. We review within 12 hours and confirm scope.
Scope Confirmation
We send you a scope document with price, deliverables, and IN/OUT scope. You review and approve.
Payment
After you approve the scope, we send an invoice or payment link. Payment is confirmed manually. Work begins after payment confirmation.
Delivery
You receive access to your authenticated delivery portal with all deliverables: working automation, documentation, verification checklist, and handover pack.
Acceptance & Support
Delivery is complete when verification checklist passes. You have 7 calendar days to report defects. No response within 7 days constitutes acceptance. Support: reply to delivery email or use /support.
