Refunds & Cancellation

Clear, fair policies. No surprises.

Our Approach

We use Scope Validation to assess every project before work begins. This means we validate your request is something we can deliver before you commit.

Once you confirm and pay, we begin work. The refund you receive depends on when you cancel and how much work we have already completed.

Before Confirmation

If you decide not to proceed after receiving validation but before confirming:

  • No charge — You have not paid anything yet
  • No obligation — Simply let the confirmation window expire

After Confirmation, Before Work Starts

If you cancel after paying but before we begin work:

  • Full refund minus payment processing fees — We cannot recover Stripe fees

You must request cancellation before your project status changes to "In Progress".

After Work Has Started

Once we begin working on your project:

  • Partial refund possible — Based on work completed
  • Reviewed case-by-case — We assess how much work has been done
  • You keep what we have built — Completed work is still delivered

After Delivery

Once your project is delivered:

  • No refunds — Work is complete and delivered
  • Revisions available — Use your included revision rounds for adjustments

How to Cancel

  1. Email us at support@levqor.ai
  2. Include your project reference number
  3. State that you want to cancel
  4. We will confirm within 1 business day with refund details

Important Notes

  • • Payment processing fees are non-refundable (Stripe charges us for every transaction)
  • • Disputes should be raised with us first, not your bank (see Disputes)
  • • Subscription services (if applicable) follow standard subscription terms
