What We Store
Account Information
Email address, name, and contact details you provide.
Project Data
Your project requests, requirements, communications, and deliverables.
Payment Information
Transaction records. Card details are stored by Stripe, not us.
Access Logs
When you accessed your portal, what you downloaded, etc.
Why We Store It
- 1.To deliver your project — We need your requirements to build your automation
- 2.To provide support — We need history to help troubleshoot issues
- 3.For legal compliance — Tax records, contracts, and regulatory requirements
- 4.For dispute defense — If you file a dispute, we need evidence of work completed
We store dispute defense data under legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Your Rights
- ✓Access — Request a copy of data we hold about you
- ✓Correction — Ask us to fix incorrect information
- ✓Deletion — Request removal of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- ✓Portability — Receive your data in a machine-readable format

What We Do Not Do
- ✗We do not sell your data to third parties
- ✗We do not use your project data to train AI models
- ✗We do not share your data except as needed for service delivery (e.g., Stripe for payments)
