Project Status Guide

Understand what each project status means and what you need to do.

Submitted

What this means

We have received your request and it is in our queue for validation.

What you need to do

No action needed. We will review within 1-2 business days.

Timer

Typically reviewed within 48 hours

If you do nothing

We will contact you if we need more information.

Validating

What this means

We are checking if your request is something we can deliver.

What you need to do

Be available to answer questions if we reach out.

Timer

Usually completes within a few hours

If you do nothing

You will receive an acceptance or rejection notification.

Accepted - Pending Confirmation

What this means

Your request passed validation. We can build this for you.

What you need to do

Confirm you want to proceed and complete payment.

Timer

You have 24 hours to confirm

If you do nothing

If you do not confirm within 24 hours, your request expires and you would need to resubmit.

Received

What this means

You have confirmed and paid. Your project is in our build queue.

What you need to do

No action needed. We will start work according to our schedule.

Timer

Work typically starts within 1-3 business days

If you do nothing

We will notify you when work begins.

In Progress

What this means

We are actively building your automation.

What you need to do

Respond promptly to any questions we send.

Timer

Duration depends on your project size (see Execution Units)

If you do nothing

Delays in responding to our questions may extend your timeline.

Waiting for Input

What this means

We need something from you to continue.

What you need to do

Check your email and respond to our request.

Timer

7 days to respond

If you do nothing

After 7 days without response, your project moves to Stalled status.

Stalled

What this means

Your project is paused because we could not reach you.

What you need to do

Contact us immediately to resume work.

Timer

30 days before archival

If you do nothing

After 30 days, your project is archived. Resuming may require additional fees.

Delivered

What this means

Your automation is complete and available in your portal.

What you need to do

Download your deliverables and review them.

Timer

Deliverables available for 30 days

If you do nothing

Ensure you download everything before the retention period ends.

Dispute Review

What this means

A payment dispute has been filed. All work is paused.

What you need to do

If you filed the dispute, contact us to resolve. If you did not, contact your bank.

Timer

Depends on dispute resolution

If you do nothing

Emergency Halt

What this means

Your project has been paused by our team for review.

What you need to do

We will contact you with more information.

Timer

Varies

If you do nothing

This is rare and typically resolved quickly.

Cancelled

What this means

Your project has been cancelled. No further work will be done.

What you need to do

If you do nothing

This is a final status.
