Fair use means using Levqor services in a manner consistent with normal business operations and automation needs, without degrading service quality for other users or violating our terms.

We don't impose strict hard limits on most operations. Instead, we trust our users to use the platform responsibly and reserve the right to address unusual usage patterns.

2. Usage Guidelines by Tier

While specific limits depend on your subscription, here's what to generally expect:

Starter / One-Time Purchases

Access to templates and resources for personal/business use
Reasonable API usage for testing and implementation
Not intended for resale or redistribution

Growth / Professional Tiers

Monthly/annual platform subscriptions

Workflow executions suitable for small-to-medium business operations

Reasonable API request volume (typically under 10,000 requests/day)
Standard data storage for active workflows

Scale / Agency Tiers

Higher-volume subscriptions

3. What We Consider Unfair Use

The following patterns are not considered fair use:

Excessive API requests: Intentionally overwhelming our API with unnecessary or automated requests.
Resource hogging: Running workflows designed to consume excessive compute resources.
Circumventing limits: Creating multiple accounts to bypass usage restrictions.
Reselling access: Using your account to provide automation services to third parties without authorisation.
Cryptocurrency mining: Using platform resources for mining or high-frequency trading.

4. Our Response to Excessive Usage

If we detect usage patterns that may impact platform performance or other users, we will:

Contact you first: In most cases, we'll reach out to discuss your usage and find a solution.
Suggest an upgrade: If your needs exceed your current tier, we may recommend a more suitable plan.
Temporary throttling: We may temporarily slow down requests to protect platform stability.
Account review: In serious cases, we may suspend access pending review.

Except in cases of clear abuse, we will always attempt to work with you before taking restrictive action.

5. Monitoring

We monitor usage patterns to ensure platform health and fair access for all users. This monitoring is automated and focuses on aggregate patterns, not individual content.
