1. Overview
This Fair Use Policy explains how Levqor handles reasonable use within the scope of accepted Done-For-You engagements and any later gated continuity access if separately offered.
It does not create a public self-serve software entitlement model, open template-library access, or generic subscription-tier promise.
2. What Fair Use Means
Fair use means using Levqor in a way that is consistent with the accepted delivery boundary, the agreed communication path, and the governing legal and support surfaces.
- Requests must stay within the accepted scope unless formally re-scoped.
- Customer-provided access and materials must be legitimate and relevant to the work.
- Levqor resources must not be used in a way that creates abuse, instability, or policy conflict.
3. Scope-Based Handling
Fair use is assessed against the actual engagement path, not against a generic public software plan.
- Quick Fix and Workflow Build requests are handled against their accepted bounded scope.
- Sprint and private Enterprise handling are assessed against the confirmed delivery boundary.
- Any later tooling, monitoring, or continuity access is separate, gated, and governed only if separately offered.
4. What Is Not Fair Use
The following are not considered fair use:
- Attempting to expand the work beyond the accepted scope without re-approval.
- Providing misleading, incomplete, or unauthorised access to systems or data.
- Using Levqor to perform unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or prohibited work.
- Trying to force open-ended support, delivery, or ongoing access outside the accepted boundary.
- Using any separately offered continuity layer in a way that degrades service or bypasses controls.
5. Response to Excessive or Improper Use
Where Levqor identifies excessive, abusive, or out-of-boundary use, Levqor may:
- Request clarification or correction.
- Pause work pending confirmation, scope correction, or access remediation.
- Require formal re-scoping into a different delivery path.
- Restrict, suspend, or decline further work where justified by policy or risk.
6. Monitoring and Protection
Levqor may monitor usage, access behaviour, and delivery-related activity to protect platform health, customer security, and contractual integrity.
This monitoring is for operational protection, fraud prevention, abuse control, and delivery governance.
7. Questions
If you are unsure whether a request, access pattern, or continuity use falls within fair use, contact Levqor before proceeding.
