Customer Instruction Manual

Everything you need to use Levqor successfully. Follow this guide from start to finish.

Getting Started

Account Creation

  1. 1. Go to levqor.ai/pricing and select a plan
  2. 2. Enter your email address and payment details
  3. 3. Check your email for a magic link (arrives within 60 seconds)
  4. 4. Click the link to access your dashboard

No password needed. Magic links are valid for 15 minutes.

Trial Rules

  • 7-day free trial on all subscription plans
  • • Card required at signup (fraud prevention)
  • • Cancel before Day 7 = £0 charged
  • • Billing starts Day 8
  • No refunds after billing starts (trial exists for evaluation)

What "Success" Looks Like

Your first session is successful when you have:

  • ✓ Created or deployed at least one workflow
  • ✓ Connected at least one integration (Gmail, Slack, etc.)
  • ✓ Seen a workflow execute successfully

Average time to first success: 15-30 minutes.

Running Workflows

  • Manual Run: Click "Run Now" in the workflow editor to test
  • Scheduled: Set up cron-style schedules (hourly, daily, weekly)
  • Triggered: Runs automatically when an event occurs (new email, form submission, etc.)
  • Webhook: External systems can trigger via your unique webhook URL

AI Credit Usage

AI credits are consumed when you use AI-powered features:

  • • AI Workflow Builder (describe in plain English)
  • • AI-powered actions within workflows (summarise, generate, classify)
  • • AI Chat for help and guidance

Credits reset monthly. Check usage in Dashboard → Settings → Usage.

Billing & Plans

Complete Billing Reference

All billing questions are answered in our authoritative Billing Brain.

Covers: trial rules, cancellation, refunds, invoices, payment issues, and abuse policy.

What Triggers Billing

  • Day 8: First charge after trial ends (if not cancelled)
  • Monthly renewal: Same date each month
  • Annual renewal: Same date each year
  • Plan upgrade: Pro-rated charge for difference

How to Cancel

  1. 1. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing
  2. 2. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  3. 3. Confirm cancellation
  4. 4. Access continues until end of billing period

What Happens If Payment Fails

  1. Day 1: Payment fails → email notification sent
  2. Day 3: Automatic retry → dashboard warning appears
  3. Day 7: Final retry → account downgraded if still failing
  4. Day 14: Account suspended if payment not resolved

Update payment method: Dashboard → Settings → Billing → Update Payment Method

What Happens When Limits Are Reached

  • 80% usage: Dashboard warning appears
  • 100% usage: Non-critical workflows paused (not instant shutoff)
  • Options: Upgrade plan, wait for next cycle, or prioritise workflows

Check usage anytime: Dashboard → Settings → Usage

Security & Access

Account Access

  • Login: Magic link via email (no passwords to remember)
  • Sessions: Stay logged in for 30 days (secure devices)
  • Multiple devices: Yes, login from anywhere
  • Team access: Invite team members on Pro+ plans

API Keys

  • Where: Dashboard → Settings → API Keys
  • Permissions: Scoped to specific actions (read, write, execute)
  • Rotation: Rotate keys without downtime
  • Rate limits: 100 requests/minute per key

Never share API keys. Treat them like passwords.

Data Handling

  • Encryption: AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit
  • Location: UK/EU data centres (default)
  • Backups: Daily automatic, 30-day retention
  • Compliance: GDPR, SOC 2 Type II
  • Export: Download your data anytime from Settings
  • Deletion: Request via Settings or privacy@levqor.ai

What Happens After Purchase

  1. 1. Confirmation email with order details (immediate)
  2. 2. Intake form sent to gather requirements (within 2 hours)
  3. 3. Scope confirmation sent for your approval
  4. 4. Work begins once scope is approved
  5. 5. Delivery with walkthrough documentation

Timelines start after scope approval. Complex requirements may extend timelines.

Revisions

  • Starter: 1 revision round
  • Professional: 2 revision rounds
  • Enterprise: 3 revision rounds

Revisions cover adjustments to delivered work. Scope changes require new quote.

Scope Boundaries

Scope is locked at intake. The following are NOT included unless explicitly stated:

  • • Custom integrations not in our standard list
  • • Ongoing maintenance or support
  • • Training sessions (available separately)
  • • Changes to other systems outside Levqor

Status Tracking

  • Where: Check order status at levqor.ai/dfy/status
  • Updates: Email notifications at each stage
  • Questions: Reply to any DFY email or use the status page
