How Levqor Done-For-You delivery works from scope validation through handoff.

Getting Started

Start with scope validation

1. Go to levqor.ai/pricing or levqor.ai/dfy
2. Submit the problem, context, systems, and constraints
3. Levqor validates fit and package direction
4. Work proceeds only after the engagement is accepted and paid

Core rule

• Public access starts with bounded DFY scope validation
• There is no public self-serve trial in the default public purchase path
• There is no public promise of generic software access as the primary offer
• Levqor's public commitment is delivery against the accepted scope boundary

Scope Boundary

What gets defined before delivery

• The problem to be solved
• The accepted package direction
• What is included
• What is excluded
• Required customer inputs, access, or approvals

What scope boundary means

Levqor delivers only the bounded engagement that has been accepted. New features, new systems, or changed objectives are treated as re-scope, re-pricing, or a separate engagement.

Typical handoff materials

• Delivered implementation or resolved issue
• Handoff notes or runbook
• Verification or proof-backed delivery materials where applicable
• Clear statement of what was delivered inside scope

Review & Corrections

Customer review window

After delivery, you review the handoff against the accepted scope boundary.

• If delivery matches scope, the engagement can be accepted as complete
• If delivery does not match scope, you may raise bounded correction requests
• Requests outside scope are treated as new work, not corrections

How to request correction

• Reply to the delivery communication
• State what does not match the agreed boundary
• Include concrete evidence where possible
• Keep requests tied to the accepted scope

Handoff & Ownership

After acceptance

• Customer-specific delivered work transfers under the governing terms
• Levqor retains its platform, internal methods, and reusable components unless expressly transferred
• DFY delivery does not create an automatic ongoing subscription obligation

Optional continuity layer

Levqor may later offer gated continuity access, tooling, monitoring, or another continuity layer. If offered, that access is separate from the default DFY promise and separately governed.

When Things Go Wrong

First route

Use the delivery communication channel or the policy-linked support contact to report issues, billing questions, or scope mismatch concerns.
