Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all Levqor services, including SaaS subscriptions, DFY Lite, and DFY Sprint. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy.

This policy supplements the Terms of Service.

2. Permitted Use

Levqor is designed for legitimate business automation, including:

• Automating internal business processes (email, reporting, data synchronisation)
• Connecting SaaS tools and services for workflow orchestration
• Processing business data in compliance with applicable laws
• Running scheduled jobs, background tasks, and integrations
• Development and testing of automation workflows
• Managing client workflows (for agencies and consultants)

3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

3.1 Illegal Activities

• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Fraud, identity theft, or financial crimes
• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Processing, storing, or transmitting illegal content

3.2 Harmful Conduct

• Distributing malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Harassment, threats, or abuse of individuals
• Hate speech, incitement to violence, or discrimination
• Child exploitation or any form of abuse
• Disinformation campaigns at scale

3.3 Security Violations

• Phishing, credential theft, or social engineering
• Attempting to access other users' data or accounts
• Interfering with platform security or availability
• Reverse engineering or decompiling our software
• Circumventing usage limits or security controls

3.4 Spam and Abuse

• Sending unsolicited bulk communications (spam)
• Automated scraping without authorisation
• Automating social media in violation of platform terms
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

3.5 Third-Party Violations

• Using Levqor to violate other platforms' terms of service
• Infringing intellectual property rights
• Violating data privacy laws (GDPR, UK GDPR, etc.)

4. DFY-Specific Rules

For DFY Lite and DFY Sprint engagements:

• You must provide accurate information during the intake process.
• You must have legitimate rights to the systems and data we work with.
• You must not request automations for illegal purposes.
• You must respond to queries within reasonable timeframes.

We reserve the right to decline any DFY engagement that we believe violates this policy.

5. Resource Limits

All services are subject to fair use limits. Excessive usage that impacts platform performance may result in throttling or suspension.

6. Consequences

Violations of this policy may result in:

• Warning: For minor or first-time violations.
• Suspension: Temporary account suspension while we investigate.
• Termination: Permanent account termination for serious violations.
• Legal action: Referral to law enforcement for illegal activities.

No refunds are provided for accounts terminated due to policy violations.

7. Reporting

If you believe someone is violating this policy, report it to abuse@levqor.ai. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.
