Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all Levqor services, including Done-For-You engagements and any later gated continuity or tooling access if separately offered.

This policy supplements the Terms of Service.

2. Permitted Use

Levqor is intended for legitimate business automation and delivery work, including:

• Automating internal business processes such as reporting, communication, routing, and operations
• Working with third-party business systems and integrations within an accepted delivery boundary
• Processing business data in compliance with applicable law
• Running scheduled jobs, operational flows, and bounded workflow execution
• Testing and validating accepted automation delivery work
• Supporting legitimate business operations through bounded DFY engagements

3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

3.1 Illegal Activities

• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Fraud, identity theft, financial crime, or deceptive conduct
• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Processing, storing, or transmitting illegal content

3.2 Harmful Conduct

• Distributing malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Harassment, threats, abuse, or coercive conduct
• Hate speech, incitement to violence, or discriminatory abuse
• Child exploitation or abuse of any kind
• Coordinated disinformation or manipulation campaigns

3.3 Security Violations

• Phishing, credential theft, or social engineering
• Attempting to access other users' systems, data, or accounts without authorization
• Interfering with service security, availability, or integrity
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or bypassing controls without authorization
• Circumventing usage limits, access controls, or policy restrictions

3.4 Spam and Abuse

• Sending unsolicited bulk communications or spam
• Unauthorized automated scraping
• Using Levqor to violate the terms of third-party platforms
• Creating false, duplicate, or misleading identities to evade restrictions

3.5 Privacy and Rights Violations

• Infringing intellectual property rights
• Violating privacy, confidentiality, or data protection law
• Submitting systems, credentials, or data you do not have the right to use

4. DFY-Specific Rules

For all Done-For-You engagements:

• You must provide accurate information during intake, validation, and delivery
• You must have legitimate rights to the systems, data, and accounts involved
• You must not request work for illegal, abusive, or deceptive purposes
• You must respond to bounded clarification requests within reasonable timeframes
• You must not misrepresent scope, authority, or intended use of the delivered work

Levqor may decline, pause, or terminate an engagement if it believes the requested or actual use violates this policy.

5. Resource and Service Limits

Services may be subject to fair use limits, operational safeguards, delivery boundaries, or gating controls. Excessive or abusive usage that creates operational, legal, or security risk may result in throttling, pause, suspension, or refusal of service.

6. Consequences

Violations of this policy may result in:

• Warning: For lower-severity or first-time issues
• Pause or Suspension: Temporary interruption while Levqor investigates
• Termination: Permanent refusal or termination of service for serious or repeated violations
• Legal Action: Referral to relevant authorities or legal enforcement where appropriate

Refund handling, where relevant, follows the governing legal and refund policy surfaces. Policy-violation cases may be excluded from refund eligibility where permitted by law.

7. Reporting

If you believe someone is violating this policy, report it to abuse@levqor.ai. Levqor reviews reports and may take action where appropriate.
