Rights that may apply
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent where consent is relied on, and the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Not every right applies to every processing activity.
Direct marketing and suppression
You can object to direct marketing at any time. Levqor's current business-contact process is designed to preserve suppression so an objection is not silently lost through rediscovery or a provider refresh. See the Business Contact Privacy Notice.
First Three customer controls
Authenticated customer privacy controls are available through the current dashboard boundary. During Phase D those controls validate the request path without pretending that production data was exported, erased or otherwise mutated when execution is disabled.
How to make a request
Use the authenticated privacy controls where available or the current published privacy/support contact route. Published role mailboxes remain fallback routes until their end-to-end delivery proof closes; this page does not represent those mailboxes as independently verified.
Identity and response handling
Levqor may need proportionate information to verify identity and scope before disclosing or changing personal data. Where the UK GDPR response period applies, Levqor will handle a valid request within the applicable statutory period, subject to any lawful extension or exemption. This page does not create a shorter contractual SLA.
Retention and limits
A request does not automatically require deletion of every record. Levqor may retain data where necessary for legal obligations, accounting, fraud/security, legal claims, suppression or another lawful purpose, while limiting use to the relevant purpose.
Complaints
You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office if you believe your data-protection rights have been infringed. Levqor also encourages concerns to be raised through the current privacy/support route so they can be investigated.
